A better start to your renovation. Made for homes in Singapore ●
OUR RENOVATION COMPANY STANDARD

CaseTrust-accredited firms, by design.

Only interior design and renovation businesses with active, renovation-specific CaseTrust accreditation may be approved, published or matched with homeowners on RenoLinkUp.

The accreditation must belong to the same business entity named in the company profile. An application in progress, an expired status or an accreditation under a different business does not qualify. We check the official directory before a company profile goes live and pause listings if active accreditation can no longer be confirmed.

What CaseTrust’s renovation scheme covers

These are protections and scheme requirements administered by CaseTrust/CASE. RenoLinkUp checks eligibility but does not issue bonds, insure renovation payments, guarantee workmanship or operate a separate protection fund. Check the contracting entity, your bond or prepayment protection proof, protected amount and contract before paying.

CaseTrust Gold is an optional higher tier

Gold is separate from standard renovation accreditation. CASE describes Gold as offering 50% prepayment protection through approved instruments and a workmanship warranty of up to 24 months, subject to its scheme and contract terms. RenoLinkUp displays the tier only when the specific business’s Gold status is verified.

How an interior design or renovation firm can join

CaseTrust accredits the renovation business, not an individual designer. If your business provides residential renovation services, apply under a renovation-specific scheme. RCMA members may apply for the CaseTrust-RCMA joint scheme; non-members may apply for CaseTrust for Renovation Businesses. Gold is an optional separate tier. CASE says an interior designer needs a business address to apply; a home address is not accepted.

  1. Choose the right scheme. Confirm whether you are applying for CaseTrust for Renovation Businesses or the CaseTrust-RCMA joint scheme (for eligible RCMA members).
  2. Prepare your business details. Use the exact ACRA-registered entity, UEN and business address that you intend to list on RenoLinkUp.
  3. Apply through CaseTrust. Submit the online application or request the current information and application kit. CASE will advise the current fees and the documents needed.
  4. Complete assessment. After acceptance, prepare the checklist documents, pay the assessment fee and complete the desktop and site assessment. Respond to any corrective actions.
  5. Finish accreditation, then apply here. Complete CaseTrust’s licence and fee steps, receive your certificate and confirm the active listing in the official directory. Then create your free RenoLinkUp profile with your scheme, accredited business name, UEN and expiry date. We verify these details before publication.

Creating a RenoLinkUp profile costs nothing and does not start a subscription. You can save a draft while preparing details, but an unverified or pending CaseTrust application cannot be published or receive leads.

What RenoLinkUp checks

Our admins compare your accredited business name, UEN, scheme and expiry against CaseTrust’s official directory, then save a source link and check date. Only a verified company with active renovation-specific accreditation can be published or receive matches. HDB registration, where required for the work, is a separate check.
